My experience spans clinical settings, private practice, and online coaching. I have also served as a Telehealth Counsellor for MensLine, SuicideLine, and the Suicide Call Back Service, offering compassionate guidance to those in their darkest hours.
I believe that real change happens in the context of a safe, supportive relationship—not through labels or quick fixes. While diagnostic models can sometimes provide clarity, my work is less about categorising people and more about creating the kind of relationship where genuine healing can occur.
In our sessions, I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can bring the full range of your experiences—whether that’s grief, trauma, anxiety, or a search for deeper meaning and connection. Together, we explore what’s happening for you in the present moment, with curiosity and care. This way of working often creates what counsellors call corrective emotional experiences: moments where you can feel understood, accepted, and safe in a way that may not have been possible before.
Over time, these moments help you to trust yourself more fully, relate to others in new ways, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and free. Every person and relationship is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your needs rather than following a rigid formula.
Alongside individual therapy, I also support couples using Gottman Relationship Therapy, helping partners to communicate more openly, resolve conflict with greater understanding, and build stronger, more resilient bonds.
