I help individuals and couples build secure, deeply connected relationships—starting from the inside out. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional literacy, and communication mastery, so you can respond rather than react when conflict arises.

With experience across clinical settings, private practice, and online coaching, I’ve supported people through some of their most vulnerable moments, including serving as a Telehealth Counsellor for MensLine, SuicideLine, and the Suicide Call Back Service. These experiences strengthened my ability to stay grounded and attuned in high-intensity emotional spaces—an essential foundation for transforming relationship patterns.

I understand that most conflict isn’t really about the surface issue. It’s about the deeper emotional wounds and attachment patterns being activated underneath. When we feel rejected, unseen, or unsafe, our nervous system shifts into protection—leading to shutdown, defensiveness, pursuit, or escalation. Rather than focusing on who’s right, I help you understand what’s being triggered and how to meet it with awareness and skill. Together, we work to:

  • Regulate your nervous system and build emotional resilience
  • Strengthen emotional availability and literacy
  • Communicate clearly, vulnerably, and effectively
  • Heal core wounds driving recurring patterns
  • Create relational safety and deeper intimacy

Alongside relationship work, I’m deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with purpose and meaning. As your internal world becomes more regulated and secure, clarity emerges—about who you are, what you value, and the life you want to create. My aim is not only to improve your relationships, but to support you in living in alignment with what feels authentic, fulfilling, and deeply meaningful.
